Lake Malawi Safari '02'
Traveling on Lake Malawi and no land in site, we came across the local fisherman and made a deal for some ncheni (Rhamphochromis, its very good! ) and catfish (clarius sp. great on the
BBQ !)
Mozambique waters are crystal clear. The water in some of the diving locations has more than 100 feet visibility.
Immigration at Meponda, Mozambique is a hassle and usually lasts an hour or so. Richard takes some candy to shore and is soon mobbed by the local natives.
