Lake Malawi Safari '02'

On this years Lake Malawi safari I had the privilege of guiding Stuart's guests on a very exciting trip to some of the beautiful diving locations in Malawi and in remote areas of Mozambique.

Upon our arrival we made a quick side trip into Lilongwe, the Capital City of Malawi We arrived at Kambiri Point just before dark. You can always spot the first timers as they almost run to the concrete fish vats to view all the different species of fish! Stuart has many vats which are outside, each vat containing a single species, sometimes only one sex of one species.

Always good to be back in Malawi, with my good friend Stuart Grant. This years present, good old Canadian daphnia! Willy, one of the boats that tenders behind the Lady Louise and Lord Justin has seen its last days. Built from fiber glass the sun, waves and general abuse have left it a beach ornament!
